By creating an account or using SecurAppt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SecurAppt provides a catalog of security-testing tools, guided pentest sessions, compliance readiness assessments, and reporting features, accessible through a web dashboard and a REST API, subject to the usage limits of your subscription plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Authorized Use of Security Tools

SecurAppt's tools are intended for testing systems and targets you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization before running any tool against a target. Using SecurAppt to test systems without authorization may violate applicable law.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

SecurAppt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecurAppt and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of SecurAppt after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
